We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gear Cutter - Machinist to join our team.
The Gear Cutter - Machinist is responsible for preparing and setting up gear cutting machines and equipment for production runs. This role ensures that machines are configured accurately to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Set up and adjust machines for gear and spline cutting operations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications.
• Ensure proper tooling, fixtures, and materials are available for production.
• Troubleshoot setup-related issues and support operators during production.
• Work with lead hands to optimize setups for efficiency.
• Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Previous experience in machine setup in a manufacturing environment required.
• Knowledge of gear cutting processes strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.

We are seeking a driven Process / Mechanical Engineer to strengthen our engineering capability and support the next phase of operational growth.
The Process / Mechanical Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting manufacturing processes across the facility. This role combines engineering analysis with hands-on shop-floor involvement, including processing new parts, programming, validating machining strategies, and supporting capital equipment initiatives. The engineer will also play a key role in implementing True Gear’s new ERP system, supporting Controlled Goods and AS9100D certification, and driving continuous improvement across operations, quality assurance and workflow efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical problem-solving and practical, hands-on engineering work.
