True Gear & Spline LTD was founded in 1974 a progressive leader in the powertrain Industry serving our customers with the most advanced Technology Gear Manufacturing Equipment in the Industry and is a Family-owned company looking to expand in the marketplace.

We are expanding our team and are currently seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our company as a Procurement and Quoting Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:

Document control (process documentation), request & prepare quotes, generate purchase orders, job cards,shipping & other documents
Verify accuracy on purchase orders, packing slips
Coordinate activities with operations, sales, sub-contractors, customers & source vendors
Customer relationship building, (manage)phone calls by customers
Tracking schedule customer orders deliveries resolve missed or late deliveries & any issues.
Purchasing of goods for manufacture & other
Technical support
Assist general manager in daily operations & duties
Other duties as required and/or assigned
Adhere to company policies & procedures
Locate Data in a variety of forms such as invoices, shipping receipts. Obtain data such as product description, specifications, price, discounts, taxes & information on suppliers and customers

Skills / Experience:

Knowledge of manufacturing of Gears in the powertrain industry
5 or more years’ experience in the manufacturing related environment required
University or college degree related to manufacturing industry
Good communication skills, written & verbal
Good analytical problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency to read interpret technical drawings in manufacturing
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a team setting, communicate effectively with managers & fellow employees
Flexible & adaptive to changing priorities
