The company’s history starts in 1974 when Vinko Bizjak's entrepreneurial spirit led to the founding of True Gear & Spline in a modest shop in Cambridge Ontario. 

Over the past 50 years, the company has steadily expanded, growing into a modern, 22,000-square-foot gear manufacturing facility. Today, its state-of-the-art gear manufacturing equipment includes a ZEISS CMM, CNC gear shaping, hobbing and gear grinding machines. The addition of advanced gear manufacturing equipment has helped us meet the increasingly demanding requirements of our valued customers.

Today, True Gear & Spline remains proudly Canadian and stands as a testament to the hard work and vision of dedicated employees. Recognized as one of North America's premier gear manufacturers it boast state-of-the-art equipment and a rich history of success.
